Free Agent Registration Request:
Complete and submit the following form to be registered as a FREE AGENT to be included in the Fall/Winter Mens League draft. Teams will be formed in September. Instructions for making your registration fee payment. Individual registration fee varies depending on the number of players on your team. Once you are drafted to a to team you will be contact by your team manager indicating the required fee for each player on your team.
The team’s league fee is $4800. So for teams with 15 players the individual fee will be $320.
