Individual Payments:
Approved players may submit individual payment in the amount indicated by your team manager. Individual fee varies depending on the number of players on your team, so please check with your team manager for the required fee for each player on your team.
Team Payments:
Team Managers may also use this form to submit team payment if they prefer to collect their team fee from their teammates.
The team’s league fee is $4800. Each team is required to submit a $1500 deposit prior to start. An additional $1500 will be due by the 3rd game and the balance due by the 10th game. Teams that submit FULL PAYMENT by game #5 will receive a $300 discount. Team managers may use this form to submit additional installments.
